BMP partnered with the Indianapolis Zoo with the culmination of their five-year event master plan, scaling seasonal programming into marquee annual experiences. We delivered full creative and production services—including art direction, concept development, and experience design—while also managing procurement and fabrication to ensure every element was executed with precision and cohesive design across both holiday events.

Solution

BMP created the whimsical Leeward Manor, introducing the all-new Leeward Sisters characters and themed activities for children for Halloween. The highly successful event featured scenic transformations, live entertainment, and unique photo opportunities, along with interactive attractions such as potion-making, bat-themed décor, a guided spooky adventure, and trick-or-treat trails. Existing zoo exhibits were enhanced with Halloween-inspired twists to elevate the overall festive experience.

For the Christmas season, the space and its decorations were repurposed to create Santa’s Magic Cottage, co-designed to continue delighting guests with a fresh, seasonal experience.
