We designed, produced, and installed a walk-through experience that transported guests to scenes from five beloved and iconic Warner Bros. Studios Christmas movies. I Love Christmas Movies was simultaneously installed at four Gaylord Hotels across the country within a compressed three-month timeframe with COVID safety protocols in mind. With an end-goal of preserving a cherished holiday tradition, we created new memorable experiences for resort guests.

We set out to honor and celebrate the most iconic scenes in these Warner Bros. Studios family classics, creating the feeling of walking through a movie set. The experience needed to be designed with COVID safety in mind.

An immersive walk-through experience that transported guests inside some of their favorite Christmas movies. Guests were guided through the scenes by “production assistants,” who shared trivia about the scenes and the movies, and pointed out cool things to see in each of the film sets of five beloved films:

We worked closely with Warner Bros. Studios to ensure appropriate IP integration through each of the three scenes that we recreated from each film. Each scene featured props as well as special effects, and on several occasions, guests were invited to play a part in the movies, including:
Showcase artistic abilities on an “Etchy Sketchy” like Buddy the Elf
Re-enact the lighting of the Grizwald house
Compare temperatures to the Heat and Snow Mizers
