We developed the experience model, revenue opportunities and overall Holiday Master Plan for Holidays at Grande Lakes Orlando. A core focal point of the event, the Sparkling Lakeside Holiday Path was activated to create festive guest photo moments, and generate new themed revenue opportunities for the resort.

With the iconic Ritz Carlton brand in mind, we wanted to deliver a luxe aesthetic for this expanded event on a compressed time frame. Leveraging our existing supply chain and bulk buying power to procure items quickly and efficiently, we designed the event with future growth in mind, to form and build this new Christmas tradition at the Grande Lakes Resort.

We created the Sparkling Lakeside Holiday Path, a self-guided twinkling holiday walking path experience, to bring holiday cheer to the exterior of the Grande Lakes Resort property. A previously underused asset at the resort, we built the pathway decor overlay to include new revenue opportunities through themed food and beverage offerings, in addition to festive decorations and numerous guest photo opportunities.
